What is AribaTax?
AribaTax is Indiana's property data platform. We collect, process, and serve parcel data from all 92 Indiana counties — including parcel geometry, assessed values, building characteristics, sales history, and risk overlays. Our 10 products make this data accessible to developers, consumers, investors, insurers, and government agencies.
How many properties do you cover?
We cover all 3.7 million property parcels in Indiana across all 92 counties. This includes residential, commercial, agricultural, and industrial properties.
Where does the data come from?
Parcel geometry comes from the Indiana Geographic Information Office (IGIO). Statewide assessment data comes from the DLGF gateway file. Detailed building data comes from 39 county CAMA (Computer Assisted Mass Appraisal) systems. Sales records come from the Indiana Department of Revenue.
Is there a free tier?
Yes. Our consumer property lookup is completely free. Our developer API includes a free tier with 1,000 calls per month. Premium products like tax appeal automation, investment analysis, and insurance underwriting data have paid tiers.
Do you cover states other than Indiana?
Currently we focus exclusively on Indiana. This deep specialization is what allows us to offer more complete data than any national provider. Multi-state expansion is on the roadmap.
How often is the data updated?
Parcel geometry refreshes weekly. Assessment data updates as new records become available from county and state sources. Sales records are updated monthly. Our CAMA data pipeline runs daily for counties with accessible data feeds.
